A very lovely boutique hotel with amazing views to the ocean, romantic rooms and fantastic service. We had a beach front cottage and we just had 8 meters to the Indian ocean from our cottage. The breakfast was very tasty specially the chapati bread.🥖

Ein wunderbares Küstenrefugium umgeben von üppigen Palmen mit einem bezaubernden Poolbereich, der eine gemütliche Atmosphäre mit einem faszinierenden Blick auf den Ozean bietet. Die Zimmer waren großzügig geschnitten und boten eine harmonische Verbindung mit der natürlichen Umgebung. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann es wärmstens für eine erfrischende Urlaubserfahrung empfehlen!

I had the great pleasure of spending a few days at F-Zeen Boutique Hotel and was completely blown away from start to finish. This hotel sets standards in hospitality and service!
We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and the friendly staff immediately made us feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were treated to a refreshing welcome drink and a complimentary massage - a small taste of the outstanding care that would await us throughout our stay.
The bungalow landscape impressed with the beautiful gardens and the cleanliness was impeccable and the attention to detail was remarkable - from the perfectly folded towels to the freshly scented bed sheets.
The service deserves a special mention. The entire team always tried to fulfill every wish of the guests, no matter how small or unusual. Whether it was a special diet in the restaurant, a spontaneous room decoration for a birthday or recommendations for activities in the area - the staff was always flexible, friendly and extremely accommodating.
The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with high-quality fresh products and fruits that left nothing to be desired. The other meals in the hotel's restaurant were also a real feast for the senses - first-class cuisine paired with excellent service.
In summary, I can say that the F-Zeen Boutique Hotel is a real gem that enchants every guest with its outstanding service and attention to detail. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel completely comfortable and enjoy an unforgettable stay.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel with crazy charm, which I chose mainly for the 'suite ocean view' room which is located at the foot of the ocean.
The experience turned out to be exactly what we were looking for:
A hotel on a human scale, quiet, very beautiful with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

The furniture of our room, as well as the common areas, is beautiful, sober and preserves the authenticity of the environment.

The room, spacious and simple, fulfilled our wishes: feet in the water, thanks to a splendid terrace whose panaroma left us speechless, very comfortable bedding also.
The bathroom, cleaned every day (just like the room), indeed, might deserve a little refreshment but sincerely it did not bother us at all.
The towels are changed every day and it is spacious and clean, that is the most important.

Catering: the choice may seem limited, but the size of the buffet is more than enough because it is the size of the hotel which has fewer than 30 rooms. Everything was very good. My husband, allergic to fish and shellfish, has always found his happiness. Fresh fruit and fruit juices feasted us.

Regarding the staff, Abdul and his team were top, adorable, and very accommodating. Day and night, they respond to the problems encountered by customers, as well as possible. Our welcome, at 11.30pm was done with a welcome cocktail and we had the desired room without any worries.

The beach of Uroa is not the most touristy, so very quiet, but we swam at high tide and always with great pleasure. There is nothing around, however, you have to take a taxi to move. Advantage: the hotel is about 1 hour from all other beaches or excursion to do on the island.

The few drawbacks, as there can be everywhere, proved insignificant so much we felt good about it.

A faultless for this stay!! Only disappointment, having to leave so quickly....

We had a delightful stay in this lovely quiet resort. The bungalows are clean and have a lovely outside sitting area. The pool and gardens are great and the beach setting is idyllic. We had b&b
But also ate in the restaurant a couple of times.
It is a very quiet and relaxed resort but very easy to get a taxi to lively Nungwi etc. (1hour away) . The staff are all lovely.

staying at this hotel was the best decision I made in Zanzibar. I had a beach front view room and it was an amazing experience. The i could oversee the sea and hear the sound of the waves from my room and that felt magical. Also the other facilities like the restaurant and the pool and reception area was nicely designed for a pleasant and comfortable stay (food was amazing)

Overall I felt very comfortable and very safe staying here and I’ve already recommended it to all my friends planning to visit Zanzibar.

We had a wonderful time there!
The complete staff was perfect and always wear a smile on their face.
The bathroom could be improved(shower curtains)but it wasn‘t s a problem for us.
We would suggest it to 100%.

The people are so incredibly friendly. We were surrounded by such good vibes.. I definitely have to come back here.
I would like to eat a grilled fish if I am sitting by the sea. The food was simple and fine but I would have also really liked a fish

We were welcomed with refreshing towels and drinks and we were happy as soon as we arrived. The check in process was easy. The front desk had Ester working and she is every bit of nice, knowledgeable and kind. She answered any questions we had and made sure that we got settled in. She also made sure that everyone's room was ready and comfortable. We got to our room and saw the bed decorated with beautiful flowers and towel origami and it was such a wonderful touch and detail to the room. We ate several meals there and enjoyed them. The beach was pretty and we're happy to have a view of the beach from our room. The staff at our meals was extremely kind and hospitable and wanted to make sure that we were happy and enjoying our stay. We loved the chapati bread too. My family, friend and I enjoyed our time and would gladly stay again as well as recommended to others.

Amazing location, proximity to the sea and the local village as well. Most of the room are right in front of the beach with private sun beds, big pool for the ones who don’t like the ocean and nature all over the place. ALL stuff is the most kind one you ever seen and of course, Dainess, the manager of the hotel is the heart of everything. George (the Greek owner of the place) you have made a great choice overall!!

The staff is adorable and always available when needed.
The food is delicious, with a choice of local, vegetarian, meat and seafood dishes. It was not my plan but I ended up eating there all the time.
The room facing the beach, which I was upgraded to (thanks Oscar!), are large, charming and very comfy.
The swimming pool is extremely clean and decent size.
I've offered a massage a short after arriving and it was perfect after a long journey to get there.
I'd surely stay at F-Zeen again if I'm lucky enough to come back to Zanzibar

Ein toller Urlaubsort für entspannte Erholung, familiäre Atmoshäre, fantastische Mitarbeiter, Sansibar at its best!

Wunderbares Bett mit tollen wechselnden Blumendekorationen, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher vorhanden, täglich mehrere Flaschen Wasser erhalten, Bad sehr sauber, Elektro- und Wasserausfälle wurden in minutenfrist erledigt. Sehr motiviertes Reinigungspersonal. Klimaanlage sehr wirksam.

Täglich wechselnde Buffettangebote bei Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen. Das All Inclusive Angebot schloss Softdrinks, Wein, Bier und Cocktails ein. Das Personal im Restaurant, der Bar und der Küche ist überragend freundlich, hilfsbereit und verbreitet gute Laune. Die Mitarbeiter sind hoch motiviert.

Ich empfehle das Hotel sehr gerne weiter an Freunde und Bekannte!

Die Ocean Front hat einen tollen Ausblick. Das Bett ist wirklich gemütlich. Die Kissen machen Freude! Die Aircondition ist modern und schön leise. ansprechende moderne Ausstattung.

Der vom Hotel organisierte Transfer vom Flughafen klappte wunderbar. Das gebuchte Zimmer mit ocean view entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Auf unsere Reklamation hin organisierte Oscar und Dainess uns einen renovierten Gartenbungalow. In diesem fühlten wir uns sehr wohl und haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Es gab jeden Tag im Zimmer 2 Flaschen Wasser, Kaffee und Tee zum Selbermachen . Dainess schenkte uns zusätzlich noch eine Massage. Am Buffet war immer etwas schmackhaftes zu finden, es gab immer Fleisch, Fisch, vegetarisch und Desserts, nicht zu vergessen, das wunderbare Obst! Dass am Frühstücksbuffet sich auch die Bienen versammelten,kann man in tropischen Gefilden nicht vermeiden. Wer deutsche Maßstäbe erwartet, darf nicht ins Ausland reisen. Der Food und beverage Service war wunderbar, es wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt von Joseph, Alfons, Mary und Kollegen.

Ein schönes Hotel, was in die Jahre gekommen ist und in vielen Bereichen eine Renovierung nötig hat. Tolle Lage direkt am Strand.

Die Lage ist sehr weit von jeglicher Abwechslung entfernt. Transfer für Ausflüge dauert meist eine Stunde und war auch nicht immer ab diesem Standort verfügbar. Transfer vom Flughafen dauert auch ca. 1 Stunde. Ausserhalb des Hotels keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants etc.

Wir hatten einen Gartenbungalow und warenzufrieden. Uns wurde bei der Ankunft ein Bungalow in Strandnähe angeboten, nach Besichtigung des Zimmers haben wir uns dagegen entschieden, da die Zimmer sehr dunkel waren. Das Bett war nur 1,40 m breit und hätte gern etwas größer sein dürfen, gewöhnungsbedürftig war das offene Regal im Bad, mit immerhin 6 Kleiderbügeln. Ein Stuhl oder Hocker im Zimmer hätte es perfekt gemacht. Im Bad gab es eine riesige Dusche. Auch hier herrscht dringend Renovierungsbedarf.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren meist sehr liebevoll mit Blumen zurechtgemacht und wurden gründlich gereinigt.Das Servicepersonal war immer sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht. Dies wurde morgens am Tisch serviert und war 14 Tage lang immer gleich. Ein Obstteller, Brotkorb mit abgezähltem Toast, einem Croissant und wechselnd einem Minimuffin oder Teigbällchen und dazu einen Klecks Marmelade.Eierspeisen / Pancakes konnte man von der Karte bestellen. Mittags gab es eine Lunchkarte mit wechselnden Speisen, die sehr gut waren. Wegen fehlender Alternativen haben wir abends im Hotel gegessen. Am Nachmittag konnte man aus der Abendkarte auswählen. Meist gab es als Vorspeise eine Suppe ( 6 Dollar), dann ein vegetarisches Gericht und Chicken/ Fisch/ Rind für ca. 10-14 Dollar und als Nachspeise ein Ministück Kuchen für 5 Dollar. Das Preisgefüge fanden wir angesichts der angebotenen Speisen zu teuer.

Am Pool gab es vier Liegen, mal wurden die Auflagen gebracht, mal musste man sich das selber organisieren. War der Bedarf an mehr Liegen höher, dann haben die Gäste teilweise die schweren Liegen selbst vom Strand zum Pool geschleppt. Der Pool und die Umgebung (Fliesen usw.) sind renovierungsbedürftig. Fitness und Welness ist nich vorhanden.

I loved my stay in paradise! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and on the doorstep of the beach with spectacular views of the sunrise over the Indian Ocean. I fully understand why the island is known as the ‘spice island’ because the food was beyond incredible. The highlight of my stay was the delicious seafood!! Highly recommend! Thanks F-zeen, I’ll be back soon ;)
